Competition uses lower strength T-48 thread. 2 rows of stitching on top & bottom edge for durability. 4 rows of stitching on the fly end for strength & durability. X-Box stitch on top and bottom fly end corners for added strength. 600 DPI high resolution full color digital printing. Double Sided flag is 2 flags sewn together with: Tyvek inner liner for sizes 12″x18″ through 5’x8′ Deluxe (blockout) inner liner for 6’x10′ through 10’x15′ Perfect for 4-color process, spot colors and full bleed artwork. For best guarantee on color match submit art files using Solid Coated Pantone colors. Production time is 6-8 business days from proof approval plus 2-4 days shipping transit time.
